Hamptons Air Force-1 Low

I'm pretty excited that the first shoe I really worked on here at Nike is finally hitting. It's a limited edition pair of Air Force 1s I designed in Nike Sportswear that is being released this weekend. All photos via Freshness Mag.

From Freshness Mag:
There is something about all-white that translates luxury. And nothing says luxury in the summer like the Hamptons. Especially since Diddy throws some highly coveted White parties out in the Hamptons, one would know that’s the direction of opulence. Because white is so decidedly clean for the summer and needs meticulous care to remain in tip-top shape, there is also nothing quite like pulling off a pair of crisp white kicks. Previously previewed, the Nike Air Force 1 Low Premium QS “The Hamptons” will be hitting stores quite soon this weekend on Jul 10, and we have a more detailed look at the kicks if you aren’t quite convinced yet.

The all-white upper is everything but boring, as details such as a perforated mid panel alongside leather covered midsoles and translucent black outsoles add to the subtle thoughtfulness added to the designs. Aside from the special “The Hamptons” tongue tag, the outsoles also feature a print of the map of Long Island. These will be arriving at select retailers such as Nike Sportswear 21 Mercer this weekend, so keep your sneaker radar on because no good sneakerhead should be without a fresh pair of white kicks.

Complex Magazine did a nice feature on it last month, too!
